A new boy on the block this season in Class 1, but no stranger to powerboats and success. The manager of an advertising agency Philippe has competed at basket ball at regional level and skiing at international level for France. On water he has competed in endurance events and won the French Class 2 Championship twice. Not surprisingly for a Frenchman he enjoys wine, cigars and of course food!!

A highly successful businessman with a diversity of interests from brick and paper sack production to restauranteur, Ugur joins the Class 1 fleet after making his debut in Dubai last year where he finished 5^th. No stranger to competition he has won the Istanbul Offshore Powerboat Championship twice. He has also competed on four wheels winning the Turkish Nascar Series four times and the Turkish Off-road Championship once.
