A thrill seeker enjoying, hang-gliding and skiing he began powerboat racing in 1973 on the NPA circuit winning the Paris 6-hour Formula 1 Grand Prix in 1977. He made his Class 1 racing debut in 1991 and a year later went on to win the European Championship. Speed is his thing and he is the current, Class 1 speed record holder.
